Resolving issues at customer site
Repair of faulty equipment both on site and in office
Conducting Preventive Maintenance
Provide training to customers
Generate service revenue
Follow up activities with customers
Willing to travel at short notices in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa
To co-ordinate with sales team
Understanding customer product and site requirement
